Documents Checklist

• Copy of the National ID Card.
• Copy of the Passport ID page.
• Copy of the Chinese residence permit or permanent residence ID card.
• Form to request the NCR available here.
• Consular fee, please check here.

Notes:

• Please remember that the Non-Criminal Record requested via the Tunisian Embassy cannot be used in its present form to apply for a work permit or a China permanent residence card (except in Tianjin, Shanghai, and Shenzhen).
• This is due to the fact that the Chinese authorities (except the cities listed above) require the Non-Criminal Record to be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in Tunisia.
• Another option is to apply for a Non-Criminal Record on your own at https://b3.interieur.gov.tn but please note that the Tunisian Embassy will NOT authenticate it for usage in China.
