On July 19, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced the cancellation of China Eastern Flights MU714 from Colombo to Kunming starting July 26.
On July 6, 6 passengers on that flight tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
Since MU714 is an award flight of MU232 (Columbo to Shanghai), the latter flight will be suspended for two weeks starting July 26 and the award flight MU713 will be canceled as well.
