Finnair will add a new route of the list of flights to China from Finland by providing a weekly service between its Helsinki (HEL) hub and Guangzhou (CAN) in China from 6 September.
The flight will be operated with an Airbus A350, with departures from Helsinki on Tuesday and departures from Guangzhou on Thursday. Flights are available via all official Finnair sales channels and from travel agencies starting today.
The Guangzhou flight offers connectivity to a range of Finnair’s European destinations, with transfer testing required by the Chinese authorities available at Helsinki Airport for the flight to Guangzhou.
“We are excited to return to Guangzhou and look forward to gradually increasing our offer for the Chinese market,” says Ole OrvĂ©r, Chief Commercial Officer, Finnair.
Finnair also makes weekly trips to Shanghai. Finnair boasts a network of around 70 European destinations for the 2022 winter season. Helsinki Airport was recently refurbished to provide more space and an even better and more convenient transfer experience.
