Etihad Airways will have a new addition to its list of flights to China from the United Arab Emirates by inauguring an Abu Dhabi – Guangzhou route.
This will make Etihad the first international airline, since the beginning of the pandemic, that offers direct flights to China’s top 3 entry points: Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
Etihad Airways resumed flights to Shanghai in July 2020, followed by flights to Beijing in June 2022.
The route is planned to start operating from October 10, pending final approval from the regulatory authorities, and the frequency will be twice-a-week.
