The Shanghai Disney Resort has no confirmed reopening date, according to the company’s website today.
The resort, which has been closed since October 31, stated that it is still closed due to Covid-19 measures and that a reopening date will be announced later.
After a visitor tested positive for the virus, the resort was closed.
It became the focal point of a massive contact tracing operation, prompting numerous stay-at-home orders as well as mandatory testing notices.
The closure is the latest setback for the Shanghai Disney Resort, which was closed for more than three months during this year’s Shanghai lockdown.
The park was also closed for two days last October 31 (exactly a year ago!) with over 30,000 people trapped inside after a visitor tested positive.
