Beginning on August 30, China will no longer require a PCR or RAT for entry

According to Wang Wenbin, a spokesman for the Chinese foreign ministry, visitors to China would no longer need to have a PCR or RAT in order to enter. This change will take effect on August 30:

Most likely, the Health Declaration form will still be needed when you come back by filing it on:

  • Chinese Customs WeChat Mini-Program (scan QR code below) or
  • Chinese Customs APP or
  • Website: https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn

Note: The form is only valid for 24 hours starting from being completed.
