China Eastern Airlines will inaugurate its lists of flights to China from Egypt by launching a direct flight between Shanghai and Egypt’s capital Cairo on December 11.
This will make it the first Chinese airline to operate a direct flight from Shanghai to a North African city.
The flight schedule will be as follows:

Cairo is Africa’s largest city and an important economic, cultural and transportation center for North Africa and the Middle East.
The launch of this direct flight is expected to further promote trade, tourism, cultural communication and cooperation between the two countries, the airline said.
