On Saturday, China Eastern inaugurated its list of flights to China from Malaysia by launching its debut trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kunming.

Since last December, China’s visa-free policy has resulted in a considerable surge in bookings to Malaysia. Malaysia welcomed 1.47 million Chinese visitors in 2023, representing a 593.4 percent increase over 2022, according to the report.
