China resumes issuing ALL Visas starting March 15

China will resume issuing all types of visas (including tourist visas) to foreigners from March 15, the Chinese embassies of several countries notified.

Chinese visas issued before March 28, 2020, are re-established in their validity (including 10-year visas).

The country will also resume visa-free entry for several locations, including Hainan Island, and for cruise ships making a stopover in Shanghai, several embassies said in a statement.
