Two more flights to China suspended

On June 15, the Civil Aviation Administration announced a suspension against two international flights:

  • Turkish Airlines’ flight TK72 from Istanbul to Guangzhou
  • EgyptAir’s flight MS953 from Cairo to Hangzhou.

On June 2, ten passengers on flight TK72 and seven passengers on flight MS953 tested positive for the novel coronavirus. 

As a result, starting June 21, flight TK72 will be suspended for four weeks and flight MS953 will be suspended for two weeks.
