The CAAC suspends three more international flights to China

On July 29 and 30, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced suspension against the following three international flights:

  • Myanmar National Airlines Flight UB803 Yangon to Chengdu
  • Pakistan International Airlines Flight PK854 from Islamabad to Xi’an
  • Air China Flight CA180 from Manila to Beijing

On July 12, nine passengers on flight UB803, followed by six passengers on the same flight on July 19, tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, UB803 got suspended for four weeks starting August 2.

On July 17, five passengers on flight PK854 tested positive for the novel coronavirus. As a result, the flight will be suspended from August 2 for two weeks.

On July 20, eight passengers on flight CA108 tested positive for the novel coronavirus. As a result, the flight will be suspended for two weeks starting August 9.
