On February 23, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following FIVE flights:
- Air China flight CA946 from Karachi to Zhengzhou
- China Southern flight CZ350 from Sepang to Guangzhou
- China Southern flight CZ326 from Sydney to Guangzhou
- XiamenAir flight MF852 from Singapore to Xiamen
- Kenya Airways flight KQ882 from Nairobi to Guangzhou
On February 9, 6 passengers on flight CA946 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, CA946 got suspended for 2 weeks starting March 14.
On February 11, 8 passengers on flight CZ350 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, CZ350 got suspended for 2 weeks starting February 28.
On February 13, 6 passengers on flight CZ326 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, CZ326 got suspended for 2 weeks starting February 28.
On February 12, 6 passengers on flight MF852 and 6 passengers on flight KQ882 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
As a result, AY87 and AC27 were suspended for two weeks each, starting February 28.
