Yikes! The CAAC suspends yet another 4 flights to China

On May 23, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following FOUR flights:

  • Philippine Airlines flight PR314 from Manila to Tianjin
  • Air China flight CA998 from Vancouver to Zhengzhou
  • XiamenAir flight MF806 from Vancouver to Xiamen
  • China Southern flight CZ328 from Los Angeles to Guangzhou

On May 11, 5 passengers on flight PR314, 7 passengers on flight CZ328, and 5 passengers on flight MF806 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, PR314, CZ328, and MF806 were suspended for two week each starting May 30.

On May 13, 10 passengers on flight CA998 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA998 was suspended for four weeks starting June 13.
