According to the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport, direct passenger flights between Xi’an City in northwest China and London have resumed, hence increase the number of flights to China from UK.

Tianjin Airlines runs the service, with an average one-way flight length of 12 hours, three times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

According to the airlines, the outbound flight departs from Xi’an at 3:45 p.m. and lands in London at 8 p.m. local time, while the return flight departs from London at 10 p.m. local time and lands in Xi’an at 3:25 p.m. the following day.

The aviation route connecting China’s northwest region with Eurasia is anticipated to be opened up by the restart of this flying service.
