The CAAC suspends 2 flights to Beijing

On August 12, the Civil Aviation Administration of China announced suspension against the following two international flights:

  • Air China flight CA180 from Manila to Beijing
  • Air China flight CA742 from Dubai to Beijing

On August 3, seven passengers on flight CA180 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA180 got an extended suspension of two weeks starting September 6.

On August 6, seven passengers on flight CA742 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA742 got suspended for two weeks starting August 12.
