Alert! CAAC suspends 2 more flights to China starting November 8

Cancelled Flights

On November 4 and 5, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following two flights:

  • Air China flight CA722 from Minsk to Hohhot
  • Emirates flight EK362 from Dubai to Guangzhou

On October 23, 5 passengers on flight CA722 and 14 passengers on flight EK362 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, CA722 got suspended for two weeks and EK362 got suspended for four weeks starting November 8.

    Hi does this mean that flights out of China could be suspended if the companies feel there is no customer?
