Alert! CAAC suspends 6 more flights to China

Cancelled Flights

On November 11, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following six flights:

  • Lufthansa flight LH728 from Frankfurt to Shanghai
  • Scoot flight TR138 from Singapore to Tianjin
  • Scoot flight TR180 from Singapore to Nanjing
  • EgyptAir flight MS953 from Cairo to Hangzhou
  • Aeroflot flight SU208 from Moscow to Shanghai
  • Emirate flight EK362 from Dubai to Guangzhou

On October 26, 6 passengers on flight LH728 and 7 passengers on flight TR138 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, LH728 got suspended for two weeks starting November 15 and TR138 got suspended for two weeks starting November 22.

On October 28, 6 passengers on flight TR180 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, TR180 got suspended for two weeks starting November 15.

On October 27, 5 passengers on flight MS953 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, MS953 got suspended for two weeks starting November 15.

On October 29, 5 passengers on flight SU208 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, SU208 got suspended for two weeks starting November 29.

On October 30, 8 passengers on flight EK362 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, SU208 got suspended for two weeks starting December 6.
