The CAAC suspends 3 flights to Shanghai

Cancelled Flights

On January 26, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following THREE flights:

  • Air France flight AF112 from Paris to Shanghai
  • KLM flight KL857 from Amsterdam to Shanghai
  • Lufthansa flight LH728 from Frankfurt to Shanghai

On January 18, 7 passengers on flight AF112 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, AF198 got suspended for 2 weeks starting February 7.

On January 19, 5 passengers on flight KL857 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, KL857 was suspended for 2 weeks starting February 7.

On January 20, 10 passengers on flight LH728 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result, LH728 was suspended for 4 weeks starting March 7.
