The CAAC suspends 7 more flights to China

On March 30 and 31, the CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) announced suspension against the following SEVEN flights:

  • Air Algerie flight AH3060 from Algiers to Chengdu
  • Japan Airlines flight JL829 from Tokyo to Dalian
  • China Southern flight CZ6044 from Nairobi to Changsha
  • Air China flight CA404 from Singapore to Chengdu
  • XiamenAir flight MF812 from Amsterdam to Xiamen
  • China Eastern flight MU570 from Paris to Taiyuan
  • Juneyao Airlines flight H01608 from Helsinki to Hangzhou

On March 17, 12 passengers on flight AH3060, 7 passengers on flight JL829, 12 passengers on flight CZ6044, 8 passengers on flight CA404, and 5 passengers on flight MF812 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result:

  • AH3060 is suspended for four weeks starting April 4.
  • Cancel the Tuesday flight of JL289 and suspend the Thursday flight for two weeks starting April 4.
  • CZ6044 is suspended for four weeks starting April 4.
  • CA404 is suspended for two weeks starting April 4.
  • MF812 is suspended for two weeks stating April 4

On March 21, 11 passengers on flight MU570, and 9 passengers on flight HO1608 tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

As a result:

  • MU570 is suspended for four weeks starting April 11.
  • HO1608 is suspended for two weeks starting April 11.
