On April 30, CAAC News announced the suspension of Iraqi Airways’ flight IA473 from Baghdad to Guangzhou for two weeks starting May 10.
On April 20, six passengers on that flight tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The Iraqi Airways’ Flights entering the country before May 10 on the above-mentioned route can continue.
If a flight triggers the circuit breaker mechanism during the period before May 10, it will result in an increase in suspension time.
This is the second time that the flight got suspended.
